:icon3d-asuarus: is making a community project so check it out!

Do you see much 3D on DA?

Are you tired of not getting enough faves, watches, and pageviews?

Do you want the rest of DA to realise that 3D art can be just as good as every other medium out there?

Well that's what we are going to attempt with this project!

The IDEA: To show the rest of the DA world that the 3D Community is truly a big and beautiful thing!

The WHY: Join us with this, You will not only represent your art medium but also your choice of software, Show the creators of DA, this club and your software truly what we can do.

The HOW: Each and everyone who is dedicated to showing off the 3D world is going to make a character. They will then be collaborated together to show us all as one, hopefully huge, society of nerds alike. :D

The WHEN: As of today this is starting, and it doesn't have an end date, everyone can have their character added to it when it is completed, this kind of thing should never have an end.

The RULES

:bulletblue: Any 3D artist can join this. You do not have to be a member of the club, You do not have to like the people in the club, if you are a 3D artist then you deserve to be in this as much as anyone else.

:bulletblue: Your character does not have to look like you but it must portray how you would like others to see you.

:bulletblue: You can have any one prop you would like to help represent you a bit more.

:bulletblue: Your character can be in any position you would like as long as one foot or hand is on the ground.

:bulletblue: Any 3D software you like, postwork is allowed but it must be visibly at least 50% 3D.

:bulletblue: It must be rendered on a transparent background.

:bulletblue: Please state the main 3D program you have used.

:bulletblue: So to keep some consistency please put your main light where the camera is...

:bulletblue: When sending us the final picture please have the resolution 1024*1024.

:bulletblue: The final image must be png format.

:bulletblue: No mature, this is for all DA viewings and the youngest is 13.

The Outcome: At the moment the idea is that we will place them together by software, this way there will be no disputes as always about particular programs users getting it easier than others. Names of each user will be on the image on the sides. We will put each group into what will look a polaroid picture and stick them onto a corkboard, digitally. If you have any ideas on how you would like this to be scene then please by all means note the club and we will take it into consideration.

The Supporters: To show your support for this idea give it a feature in your journal, anyone that does it will get their icon shown in 3D-Asuarus's journal until the next club project.
